The Friction Shoulder Joint is an endoskeletal joint often used with the Modular Arm system. This light-weight joint provides both flexion/extension and abduction and both movements have adjustable friction. The humeral connection mates with a 17mm humeral tube or could be laminated into the humeral section of an exoskeletal prosthesis.
