COURSE - Bebionic & Boston Arm
- The Bebionic course will cover patient selection and evaluation, functional testing, control options, input devices (including myoelectrodes) system integration, cosmetic options and operation of the bebionic hand. The Boston Digital Arm System course is for those interested in fitting trans-humeral patients and integrating it with the bebionic hand, including the fundamentals of; humeral-level control options, simultaneous control of the elbow and terminal device, input sensors, power considerations and programming the system. It will also include patient-specific adjustments such as; threshold and gain, level-sensitive and rate-sensitive strategies and the revert timer.
